Location Information

What is it?

When you use our Mobile App, we may collect and store information about your location by:

  • Converting your IP address into a rough geo-location
  • Accessing your mobile device's GPS coordinates or coarse location if you enable location services

Phonebook Contacts

When you use Inaaya IT Solutions Mobile App, we collect and store information about your contacts in the Phone book based on your permission. If you provide us contact access permission:

  • We can show you other users of Inaaya IT SolutionsTalk from your phonebook
  • We upload your contacts to the server to identify common app users

Your Messages

To provide you Inaaya IT SolutionsTalk services:

  • We do not retain your messages permanently
  • We do not store your messages on our server for added safety
  • Your phone messages are saved on your devices
  • After your messages are sent, these get deleted from the servers

Exceptions:

  • Undelivered Messages: When a message doesn't get delivered right away, we retain it in encrypted form on our servers for up to 30 days
  • Media Forwarding: When forwarding media messages, that media gets temporarily stored on our servers in encrypted form

Security: Our services are end-to-end encrypted. Your messages are encrypted to protect against us and third parties from reading them.

Your Connections

Using the Contact Upload feature, you can provide us with the phone numbers in your address book regularly. If any of your contacts aren't yet using our Services, we'll manage this information to ensure those contacts cannot be identified by us.

Status Information

You may share your status with us if you choose to include one on your account.

Customer Support and Other Communications

For customer support queries, you may share information related to your usage of our Services, along with copies of your messages and your contact information.

  • For buddy finding, Inaaya IT Solutions uploads contact hash value to find the match from server. No private information is uploaded to the server
